in this density of experience

we call “Life” —

amidst the apparent pleasure and pain,

all that you may have encountered and experienced

on this Sacred Pilgrimage —

this Journey of Life —

this Great Hero’s Adventure —

even if you may have experienced intense pain, agony, trauma, abandonment, rejection, isolation, inner conflict, and deep suffering —

even if you have, for but a little while,

been vilified and vituperated

as

pariah

(by those who have forgotten their True Nature — languishing in the fugue of their soporific somnambulation)

remember and remind yourself of this often…

you are not alone

you are not rejected

you are not a slave

you are not a prisoner

you are not a victim

not now
